Inevitable Theatre Company is eager to work with actors, designers, technicians, and administrative staff of all backgrounds and abilities. In addition to hiring production staff on a show-by-show basis, we are also seeking resident artists with whom we collaborate regularly and who become core/constituent members of the company.

Actors: We will publicly post Audition Notices online on this site, as well as on other local and regional casting sites, at least 3-4 weeks prior to audition dates for all productions. If you would like to submit your current headshot and resumé to be added to our casting files, please email us at auditions@inevitabletheatre.org.

Directors: While each of the productions in our upcoming season will be directed by our Artistic Director, Robert Neblett, we are planning to expand our directorial talent pool in future seasons. We especially welcome female directors and directors of color.

Additionally, we welcome resumés at all times for potential Assistant Directors, Choreographers, Fight Directors, Music Directors, and Dramaturgs. Please email your resumé and related materials (or a URL to those items online) to jobs@inevitabletheatre.org.

Designers: We continuously collect resumés and portfolios from designers of all disciplines (scenery, costumes, lighting, properties, sound, multimedia, etc.), as we seek to hire a diverse group of artists to bring our theatrical vision to life onstage. Please email your materials (or a URL to those items online) to jobs@inevitabletheatre.org.

Technicians/CrewWe always need backstage help for our productions. If you are interested in serving as a stage manager, light/sound board operator, scene change/costume crew, etc., please email your resumé to jobs@inevitabletheatre.org.

Arts Administrators: While we currently do not have the budget to support a full-time administrative staff, ITC is seeking candidates who are interested in all areas of arts management, including grant writing, fundraising, volunteer coordination, marketing, graphic design, social media outreach, etc.  We hope to transform volunteer positions into paid positions (at least on an hourly basis) within the next year, as our administrative needs grow and receive well-deserved recognition in the local and regional nonprofit community. Please email your resumé to  jobs@inevitabletheatre.org.
